Survey of Geocacher Motivations
This exploratory
survey has been developed with the goal of gaining a better
understanding of the motivations for Geocaching through the personal
experiences of Geocachers. The responses gathered here will be used to
design a more-specific survey to gather detailed data. Understanding
Geocaching motivations will help us to understand how the structure of
Geocaching leads players to play in various ways.
We are performing this research as part of an academic experience. As
such, the study procedure has been approved by the Institutional Review
Board (IRB) of Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI). We appreciate your participation.
