Yes, it gets in the way of geocaching (where ARE my priorities?!?) but I'm IN another show -- and this time a lead.  The Kitchen Witches plays at Way Off Broadway (www.wobcp.org) Friday & Saturday nights through July 7th. Drop me a will-attend and I might be able to arrange for you to be our celebrity judge (ask Waterweasel how that went! He was our opening night taster).

Oh yes, and there are FIVE geocaches in Bagdad Cemetery, just across the street, and quite a number of others in the area!

Hope you can make it  -- it's a COMMUNITY theater group, and can surely use your support! Not to mention it's great to have friends in the audience!!!!

The show is set as an actual “live” television production, where part of the audience has a hand in the taste testing. Isobel Lomax and Dolly Biddle are two cable-access cooking show hostesses who have hated each other for 30 years, ever since Larry Biddle dated one and married the other. When circumstances put them together on a TV show called The Kitchen Witches, the insults are flung harder than the food! Dolly's long-suffering TV-producer son, Stephen, tries to keep them on track, but as long as Dolly's dressing room is one inch closer to the set than Isobel's, it's a losing battle, and the show becomes a rating’s smash as Dolly and Isobel top both Martha Stewart and Jerry Springer! Simmer together two battling chef’s, whip in one long-suffering producer, fold in insults, props and food, then sprinkle liberally with an animated audience and you have the tasty treat of a great evening of fun.
